Does anybody know how difficult or easy it is to add a name onto a contract? I purchased a prop there a couple of months ago and it is ready in Sept but have now decided to purchase the property with my partner, the contracts have already gone back to the builders solicitor with the deposit, just wondering if we can add the name at this stage? Have left messages for my solicitor but have yet to get a call back and the estate agent has said she can't see a problem with it.
