Qualified Child/Adult Maternity Benefit

Hi,
On the MB10 form there is a section for Qualified Child(ren) and Qualified Adult partner. Is there an increase in the maternity benefit when you have a second child? Or can you still only claim the maximum of €270 rate?
Sister in law is about to have her second child. Her partner lost his job so will she get more than 270 for this maternity period for the qualifiying child and partner?
I searched the threads for this but couldn't find anything. The citizensinformation.ie and welfare.ie sections didn't mention Maternity Benefit as one of the payments that Qualified dependents applies to.

Hi there

When I was on maternity benefit I received €357, this was explained as the max rate of €270 and the remainder being because my husband earns under €300 per week.

It never mentioned qualified children.

It mentions qualifying partner on the form. Does this mean that her partner has to be living with her?
