Pull Down Kitchen light

Anybody know where I might buy one of these. I've got an island unit which is directly under the single bulb which is all I have at the mo.
I really like the idea of being able to pull down the light for close work.

I did a google for "pull down light" and came up with this. Certainly some of the shops ship to Ireland. I don't know if that lighting shop on Dawson St is still open but they would be a good bet too. B&Q worth a look also.

They're better known as "rise and fall" fittings, should be easily obtained in a lighting showroom.

Thanks for that, all I needed was the correct name for the fitting. Did a google and found one in John Lewis. They're posting to a friend in London, then I can either post it back or collect when I'm over there next week
