Public and Holiday entitlements from my Employer?

I hope that you can help me.
I work permanent part-time, 2 days a week, Every Tuesday and Wednesday, which is 8 and half hours per day.
Can you tell me what my holiday entitlements are, and also what my public holiday entitlements would be from my employer, and also I worked permanent part-time three days a week from 2001 until 2006 which consisted of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and did not receive any holiday or public pay.
Can you tell me what my entitlements should have been, as I have been receiving conflicting information, I just want to work out what my holiday entitlements are.
