1 year fixed 4.75% interest, 4.7%APR
2/3 year fixed 4.85% interest, 4.8%APR
5 year fixed 4.99% interest, 4.9% APR

To balance this post new business gets
1 yr: 4.19%
2 yr: 4.54%
3 yr: 4.79%
5 yr: 5.99%
