Beyond irritated with PTSB. Customer service sucks. I transferred a few thousand from their bank into a European online savings deposit bank but then it went missing. At first they say they can’t do anything? But then after I pressed them about it all of a sudden I can get it recalled. Leaving them when I find my funds. Might be paranoid but maybe they’re angry I refuse to invest with their crap interest rates.
