Prtb regulations

Does anyone know if Prtb hearings is covered by the same rules of the district courts, etc?

Also I am looking fot case law from the board i found some reference numbers but nothing containing reports!

Anyone any experience in dealing with damages against a landlord (private) for breech of statutory obligations? I have been looking at the relavant legislation and its not contained in the legislation
