Does anyone know when filling out PRTB form should both names be mentioned with both PPS numbers. Property has a joint mortgage but only put one name on the HSE forms. Can you still asign portion of profit or loss each year to husband / wife for tax return purposes if there details are not on PRTB form from the start? Any input appreciated
 
The landlord's pps no. must be on the PRTB form.
How you declare the income to the Revenue commissioners and apportion profit/loss is a matter for you and your accountant.
But there is no correlation/relationship (yet) between Revenue and PRTB
