I'm inquiring on behalf of a landlord friend who has been called to a justification hearing before the PRTB. Apparently the tenant is making very serious allegations including of assault. I don't know the facts but would like to be able to make a recommendation for a lawyer experienced in the field. Could anyone make a recommendation? PM if not appropriate to post.
