...except non-resident landlords, who have no liability for PRSI, indeed although I wanted to voluntarily keep my PRSI contributions going to avail of a full state pension someday, it turned out that it is against the rules for me to do so as I am socially insured in another EU state. The British can do it legally, but we can't unfortunately.
