PRSI on less than €5k rental

My wife's house was sold and so her total rental income is only about €2.5k this year. I understand she will have to pay minimum €650 PRSI on this income. I that correct and if so does that mean she will also get 52 Class S stamps for 2025?

Just wondering does that mean she would not need to sign for any credits this year to keep her PRSI record up to date?

Some Jobseekers Benefit but no class A PAYE at all

She will pay 4.1% prsi class k.
The minimum of 650 euro only applies if she had a minimum of 5k unearned income (rental + investment) and this was her only income.

Normally if a person has certain other earned incomes they will pay class K on unearned income no matter how large it is.

Class A income and class M (occupational pension) definitely causes this.

I don't know if Jobseekers benefit would also cause this.
