PRSI entitlements

My mother in law looks after corn dog junior three days a week.

She has no other assessable income. Would it be possible to pay her a "phantom" wage on which Mr & Mrs CornDog would pay the PRSI so that her PRSI conrtibutions would increase and allow her to increase her entlements later?

you mil would have to be an employee to pay prsi
