PRSI and Tax Overpaid

Hi all,

My Husband through my calculations is paying too much tax and PRSI every month he has went to his employers but everything in regard to salaries is handled through to the America and he cannot get anyone to talk to at work. Is is up to the company to refund him or how does it work. I have gone onto the welfare site and there seems to be form but it looks lilke it is for an employer. Also does he have to wait until the end of the year to get a refund in tax.

First, you should check the tax credits on the payslip, and the SRCOP. Are they correct?
