PRSA and moving to Northern Ireland

I am originally from Northern Ireland and have been working in Dublin for about 8 years, I'm now 33. I had a pension for 4 years before being made redundant, and used the pay off as part of a deposit on a house. That pension is on hold or parked (don't know the correct term). I am now on a five year contract in the public service, 3 years left to go, but not eligible for the pension scheme. I want to take out a PRSA, but I might after the contract finishes, (and the part time degree) move back to the north. I have seen people ask similar question so I hope I'm not repeating. I know its not tax efficient to continue to pay into a PRSA after I move to the north, but can I transfer it, and maybe my other pension into a northern pension. I like the idea of my own pension that I can take with me from job to job. Both myself and the girlfriend have been through a few jobs and she has now several tiny separate pensions after being made redundant twice. Any advice.??
