Apologies to the Moderators; I have already posted this question in the Investments section and I think I had it in the wrong area?
Instead of investing directly in either a property or equities in a company thats involved in building what does the users of this board think of property unit linked funds?
Any recommendations? Apart from the usual proviso of broker charges,allocations,early encahsment fees etc
Are there any providers selling such funds with low entry exit charges akin to Quinn Lifes equity funds?
Any one have good or bad experience of these funds?
