Property management fees

I am looking for an indication of what the standard is for Property Management fees on a let property and in particular what such fees should be where a tenant has renewed the lease for a seond year.

No, it's a fee I am being charged by a company I have engaged to manage the letting of the property

AFAIK in Galway the fee is 10% of the monthly rent per month

It would be a great idea to compile a list of annual management fees being charged by property management companies for comparison purposes ie to see what the average is etc.
