Hi,
I live in massachusettes and my parents left the house to me and my two brothers,I have been renting the upstairs appartment for at least 10 years.
Can my brothers force me to buy,sell or leave as we all own equal shares of the house.
And what laws cover these types of issues so that i can fully understand this problem before it arrises.
one brother adamently beleives i will have to buy him out if i want to stay living here.
