I am buying it for é316,000, i think it will be worth 370,000 when it is finished in 09/05. Thus i hope to get an appreciation of é54000. I then wish to sell quickly. Do you think this a good investment considering i already own a property. What will my stamp duty + captial gains bill be. Could I claim this to be my PR , and not pay CGT?
