Property Investment - 50k SSIA

Our SSIA's are maturing shortly 45 - 50k to invest, very invested in oversea's property, where should i be looking at buying, i am looking for a place that maybe we could visit once a year and rent out for some of the time. We could use the money that we currently putting into our SSIA's if there is shortfall in rental and for management fee's etc. Any Advice.

Poland and Berlin are low investment opportunities and not difficult to get to, you can fly direct to Berlin from Dublin and hire a car a drive into Poland within an Hour, (as oppose to Warsaw which is that bit further away). Nice coastal reasorts along the Baltic Sea which is still not as well known here yet, nice during the summer, good beaches and weather. Berlin offers more stable rental yields but probably requires more cash upfront given its popularity lately
