Anyone know if there is such a thing!
Long story short, have prop with an ex fiance, to date we have agreed to pay half and half from joint current a/c.. idea was she paid me back a rental amount as she remained living in prop with her now husband.
Ive posted a thread previous titled Joint Mortgage with Ex if want to read full Ins and Outs.
But my query now is: if i decide to no longer pay and quit paying mortgage as of now and she continues to pay and pays full direct debit amount could she apply in a few months/years for property abandonment? Is there such a thing?
