Problems with rea

Has anyone had problems with rea or have they just all been good experiences. Am asking this as I have a friend who is getting the runaround off them at the moment.
 
I'm surprised to hear that — lot of posters on AAM recommend them highly, and is a regular (and valued!) contributor to the forum.

What kind of 'runaround' are you talking about?
 
I don't think your friend is alone. I have heard complaints from people who came close to losing houses because of delays in proccessing their mortgages.

Long delays and unprofessional attitude from broker.
