Hi, Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Samsung Tocco. Got mine the end of Nov and for last few weeks each time I'm on the phone to someone they can't hear me - there's a loud buzzing noise on their end. It doesn't seem to matter if I make the call or they do.
Went to Carphone Warehouse yesterday about the problem and was given a new SIM card. Didn't solve the problem so went back down today. Was told that as phone was purchased more than 28 days ago it has to be sent for repair which takes 10 days.
Does anyone know if theres any other way around this? Seems crazy that a new phone should need to be repaired. Takes 10 days to repair it as well!!
