In September 2008 we bought this phone for my son @ €149.00.
In Jan 2009 the phone stopped charging.
We brought it back to the shop who in turn sent it to be repaired.
Got it back charging properly but the bluetooth was not working!!
Went thru the same steps
Note came back with phone to say it was dropped and they were not responsible. I challenged this as we only collected the phone and prior to this everything was working ok.
Phone sent back again......long story short....Got a new replacement phone in March. Happy days and Happy son.
or so I thought
Last night his new phone decided not to charge!!!
I rang the shop this morning and explained the history of the other phone and that it is happening again.
They said they can only send it back for repair!!
I told them my son would at this stage prefer to take a different make of phone as there seems to be a problem with this Samsung.
Manager said it is Samsungs problem not theirs (in a very nice way) and it was out of their hands.
The phone has to go back for repair.
Has anybody any thoughts on this or do I have to go through all the motions again and possibly again. I know my son looks after the phone as he has done with every phone he's had but this make seems to give problems. Any help would be much appreciated.
