I have submitted Form SA.2 to Revenue online and can't find the Form of Understanding needed to sent to the Probate office with the Personal Application Form.
Any suggestions where I might find the Form of Understanding please. Thank you

Where do you see this form listed as being required?

"Return the completed Personal Application Form and the Notice of
Acknowledgement (Probate) Form to: The Probate Office, Courts
Service, Phoenix House, Smithfield, Dublin 7 or to the relevant
District Probate Registry together with
2. Original death Certificate (or a Coroners Interim Certificate of death if
no Death Certificate has yet issued).
3. Photocopy of the original will and codicil(s) (if any) - do not attach
anything to the original will/codicil or remove any staples, pins,
fasteners or binding when copying"

Brilliant, thank you. I had previously done Probate for someone and one of the forms was the Form of Understanding but, as you say,
probably not needed. I'll do as you suggest and see how it goes. Again, thank you so much
