I've used three in the past few years."Most estate agents offer free valuations for probate"
Now in my 25th year running an accountancy practice and I've yet to see one.
Just Google "free valuation probate divorce" and you'll find lots of agents who are willing to do free valuations."I've used three in the past few years.
Written valuations for separation, divorce and probate."
They must be hoping you'll sell up soon.
I've seen lots of IT38's in my career and never a free valuation.
Above from your excellent check list and my suggestion is to check for firm's or individual's IPAV (or equivalent) membership / certification.Arrange for the assets to be valued
The solicitor is not for budging, the fee is the fee!The best way your wife can reduce the legal costs is to put in a little time with the solicitor
