My Fathers will was completed in 2015 and a number of individual plots were created as a result. It now appears that the lands could have been divided differently as variuos complications have arisen ie sewerage tanks esb meters in wrong plot. If the beneficiaries were willing to change boundaries without any monies being paid can this happen without usual costs of solicitors engineers.

Solicitor (to alter the Deeds/rectify the boundaries) required.

Engineer (to remap the plots) required.
