Just noticed this morning that the round red tank under my stairs beside the immersion heater seems to have collapsed - i.e. the pipe that had been vertically holding it up has bent under the weight of the tank and it might have fallen to the ground or broken if not for being fortunately propped up by a storage box that just happened to be in the right place at the right time - which is holding it half way between where it was and the ground.
I'm hopeless on plumbing matters and dont even know what this is? Can anyone help me with some basic info about what it is? what it does? and why it might have fallen? We have a Monsoon power pump system connected to the system in the same area.
Any advice wouold be greatly appreciated,
