Pro bono work ... tax deductable

Our local preschool which is registered as a charity needs to employ the services of professionals from time to time (eg architects, accountants, solicitors).

My question is, while we pay these people for their services, is there any way that they could reduce their tax liability by doing the work pro bono and claiming it as a charitable donation?

If there was, it would be an added incentive for them and would cost us less.
