Price per M Square.

I'm at the early stage of building a sun room in the Cork area. I will do a lot of the finish myself but may get someone in for the main structure( walls, windows, roof,foundation). What is the going rate now per m square?

Bases ( up to finished floor level) that I've priced lately are coming in at about E14 ft2 for a new build, green field. Probably a bit more for an extension due to economies of scale, etc.
