Price of Garage

Getting the builder to build a garage while he's doin the house. its 7m X 5m with a 45degree pitched roof with black tiles (same as house). 1 side door a window and velux window with a small loft just for storage. Garage door (not included in price). Anyone give me a ball park figure as to what would be fair price. Its in the west of Ireland

Got mine build with house , 10m x 6m, back door, roller door, 2 windows , pitched roof with black tiles for 26k...In Midlands.
 
I think you were robbed at 26K for a garage. Should be able to build a garage of that size for around 10K or less....
 
Got my garage built for €15,000 on Carlow / Wexford border. Approx. 350 sq ft, roller door, pvc door and double glazed window included. Was done as part of house build so may have got a good price.
 
I'm looking at doing this myself soon if I supplied all the labour(Me) how much would that reduce a 15K price by?Someone said to me 80% is Labour and 20% is materials but this seems very low for materials?
