Just wondering if anyone with experience of self build could give me some advice.
My Carpenter has given me a bill for doing 1st and 2nd Fixings to new house, 2,500 sq feet. This included usuals (Hanging Doors, Handles, Skirting boards, window boards).
He also put wooden floors on Good size Living Room and 3 Bedrooms + Press as well. He put shelving in 2 Hot presses and Thung and Groove finish in Utility Bathroom. He also made 2 tunnels for Velux Windows in house.
His price for Labou was 8,500 euro.
Is this Excessive or would it be a normal price for this sort of work. Just wondering if anyone had experience in this area.
