Hi guys, hope someone can answer this.

For an application process i'm going through, I have to provide P60's for every year of employment for the last 8 years. I've only had 2 employers in that time and have the P60's for my current employer (last 3 years), but need the old ones from my previous employer for 5 years.

Do my old employer have a responsibility to keep records of these P60's or is there no obligation? I'm worried because i've lost my old ones during a house move and don't know what else to do.

Thanks

Mark

You can ask your old employer but they are under no obligation to keep a record of it so they might not have them. Not sure if there is anywhere else you can get a copy.

Revenue should have your salary records for past years and should be in a position to certify them on request in letter format .

by revenue - do you mean HM Revenue and Customs?
