Motor Prestige Motor Insurance - any policy-holders on here?

I've just received a proposal form from a broker for a motor-insurance company I've never heard of, Prestige Motor Insurance. I rang the broker and apparently its a product of HSBC, and I didn't know they were active in the Irish motor-insurance market.

Are there any policy-holders on here or anyone with experience of this company?

It may not be totally relevant but I have had a number of dealings with them on household claims and they are very slow in sorting claims out and even slower in paying.
I would rank them at the same level as Quinn Insurance.
Avoid.
