How do I prepare plaster walls for painting?
Should I wash them down to remove dust?
My plan is
1) Sand off any lumps/bumps
2) Fill any holes with pollyfilla and sand off
3) Cover windows, radiators
4) Start painting with emulsion (matt) diluted with 20% water
anything else?
