Pregnant and job hunting

I find myself in a similar situation - I am applying for a new job internally in large multinational for which the timeline is uncertain - just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant - now they want to interview me. Personally I do not feel like telling anyone yet. However what if they say, the role will be free in April. I'll be there for about 3 months and then I'll do a disappearing act. I work in sales so this could seriously mess things up for my new manager. Thoughts?
 
I suppose it depends on how much you want the job. You can definitely keep the pregnancy secret for another few weeks, at 5 weeks some women wouldnt even know they were pregnant yet.
However unless its a job you really want and you know you will return to after your maternity leave i dont think you should mislead them.

It is a job I want and I will definitely return afterwards. If I don't get it I'll be stuck doing the same job I've been doing now for 2 years and which I am sick of. These opportunities don't come up very often.
 
I'm sorry, but at 5 weeks there is no way I'd be telling work. Once you have had a scan and/or passed the 12 week mark is plenty of time.

I'm glad u have had such good fortune. I think this is a rare situation and would think most companies would find they would rather not employ you. This does not reflect any personal opinion on my behalf but just thinking in the real world.
