Pre-advertising a nearly built on Daft.ie

Just wondering is it worth pre-letting a nearly ready apartment on Daft.ie.

Basically, advertising it before it's finished but giving an accurate date of potential renting.

Putting up a spec with pictures to follow on completion etc.

I think Daft.ie let you put it up until it's Let, but can you add pictures to an ad in situ?

Thats not a daft idea at all - it could be a selling point - let the buyer tell you what colours they want the walls etc etc..
