If you are talking about the book with that exact title, then from the perspective of someone doing a personal application it's wrong on a number of points (e.g. timing of Inland Revenue Affidavit). It is clearly aimed at solicitors, and sent me down the wrong path a few times! To anyone doing a personal application I'd say avoid that particular book as a main reference.(b) that they buy the Law Society's Textbook/Manual on Wills, Probate and Estates. Its very comprehensive.
It is readily available: I got it from Waterstones at €55. It's handy for thumbing through alright, but as I said don't rely on it as a main reference.I think I'll look for the book anyway, because my curiosity is a little bit broader than simply seeking a DIY manual.
