Power consumption of Dell monitor with/without speakers

If you look here in the Power Management Modes concerning the Dell 2407WFP Flat Panel Monitor;

it states the power consumption is

110W maximum with audio + USB, and
57W normal without audio + USB

So if I'm reading this correctly if I switch on the speakers I'd be doubling the power consumption. Seems a lot... Have I read this right?

NO this is the max consumption with the speakers in use at full vol.
