Possibility of buying car space

I bought an apartment with no allocated parking spot and there was no option of purchasing at the time. There is now another apartment for the sale in the complex with an allocated parking spot. Before contacting auctioneer I was wondering if it’s possible for auctioneer to sell parking spot separately and what approx value this space would have . The asking price for two bedroom apartment is 200k so i was proposing to offer 20k if this was a runner ? No parking spots currently for sale in cork city so unsure what they are worth

I suspect you'd have to offer way over the odds to even stand a chance of being successful with this, as the apartment currently for sale will be both devalued and harder to sell without the parking spot.

Could you buy the apartment and the car space together?

Then sell your own apartment.

Or sell the new apartment without the space?
