Portway Travel, Dundalk

Hi all,
We got a quote back from "Portway Travel" on Clanbrassil Street in Dundalk for a holiday we hope to take later this year. We are from the North East but not Dundalk so we are not familiar with this travel agency.

Can anyone verify that they are a reputable travel agency or has anyone dealt with them in the past? Would you reccommend them?

travelled with them about 12 years ago to canada.
we missed connecting flights from toronto to calgary and Elish in Portway sorted flights for us. Luggage was lost by 10 of us at the same time and portway was a great help sorting insurance when we got back. they used to be located on the old newry road, I assume it is still the same people.

We've had a lot of feed back through friends and family who live close to Dundalk and it's all good so we're going with Portway!

Yes i've heard good things about them too! Has anyone come across of "Ulster Travel" from Dungannon and if so what are your experiences of them?
