I'm considering some of the developments in Portmarnock around Station Road as the houses and area tick a lot of boxes. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the area (South Portmarnock essentially)? Previous threads are going back over a decade from what I can see into the boom times
OH and I work in IFSC so the DART is a big attraction and we would be reliant on it for commuting - however we are slightly concerned about the capacity issues and timetable changes in late 2018. Has anyone experience commuting from the station to Connolly?
Also I'm slightly concerned about the flight path directly above though it seems to not be a problem for many. Again any thoughts much appreciated.
