Plumbing Question - Best Method

Hi All,

Looking for abit of advise:
Started my build just recently however my guy doing the groundwork said that I would be better to put the pipes all around the perimeter of the house like old method that way he would leave the paths open when poring the floors and the plumber could come afterwards and install the pipes.

However I have been talking to a few plumbers and they said they don't do this anymore and that they would advise the new way as there would be no connection under the floor eitherways. At first I was keen on the old method in case there was ever a leak but now I'm not so sure? Any info or advise as to what is best would be helpful.

Put in all pipes first and then pour concrete. All pipes will be ran back to a central mainfold so there will be no fittings under floor. End result, house 1st fixed and a complete floor finished.

Check and double check theres no debris from building left in them. I had to open one a few years after I moved in, as someone had stuffed a bag into it, which slowly blocked the pipe over time. Also the builder had buried a junction in the path, so we didn't know it existed till we tried to rod out the bag obstruction.

Whats the advantages in putting them in the floor anyway.

If they're under the floor ya dont take up space having to box them in..

Thanks guys for replies. I am going to go with the pipes down and concrete poured over, was talking to my plumber now waiting on his quote to come back. I think the old way would have costed me as pipe running all around the house.
