Plumbing Materials

Hi,

I want to replumb my new house, its 40 years old and needs an overhaul. Could anybody tell me roughly how much materials at trade price to replumb 3bed semi would cost. It would be 8 rads, piping, cylinder, gas boiler, couple of valves(for zones) and a few other fixtures and fittings..

Or would any plumbers know of any suppliers that do a complete package??

€3K ish, if you ask for a complete package, you won't get trade prices.

Why wouldnt I get trade prices on a complete package??? I thought the likes of builders etc. would get trade prices on complete package??

Because there is no such thing as a complete package. You use that term in a suppliers and you won't come across as trade.

Top tip, buy Snickers, hand list of materials into different suppliers, if a supplier knows they will not get repeat business from you , it is unlikely that you will get trade prices on everything.

You will need to know exactly what materials you need.
