Plumber in North West Meath

Looking for a plumber to change an immersion heater- I have a funny heating element external to the tank, but it makes a lot of noise and just isn't right..want to replace with a proper immersion. Navan Kells Athboy area. So far very unlucky with plumbers. Thanks
