I'm currently looking into getting planning permission on a site I have.
I'm not 100% sure if I will actually live there as it's very far from my work etc. So I'm thinking of selling the site in the future.
I figure selling a site with planning permission would be worth a lot more than one without.
What are the different type of Planning Permission you call apply for? I heard of one called 'outline' permission? Does that mean you get permission to build a house in theory on the land?, but must reply once you have the exact detail of the house?
Can you sell a site with 'outlined' permission? Does it last for 5 yrs?
If anyone has been in a similar situation it would be great to hear from you.
