I’m interested in purchasing land (3/4 of an acre) with the intention to seek planning permission on this land. The land is next door to the current house I live in (owned by my parents).
My intention is to acquire planning permission and sell this site. However, is it possible for an outsider (not from the area) to purchase this site and use my planning permission? Or would they have to re apply and get planning permission in their own name?
