Has anyone any knowledge / experience of planning permission been given by default by a Co. Council due to the statutory period of time running out?
EG: Further info handed in - Co. Council have 4 weeks to grant permission.
Co. Council fails to issue decision in said 4 weeks - under law they must now give law by default??
