Pinergy very high level pay for first 3 months.

I singed up for Pinergy a month ago for 2 reasons.

1. 3 hour 7c EV rate
2 FIT for solar of 25c

Month 1 experince

App is only access to account for domestic.
The setup only asks 2 questions
EV and 3 in my household.
Pinergy took 300 quid month 1 and will now do the same for month 2 and 3 before changing.

I checked with ESBN my NC6 is in and good.

I still can't see a bill / invoice for last month 0ver a week after the money being taken

I talked to someone on the phone.
Several times I was told I signed up for this. My own fault.
I was told there is little that can be done to change.

Over the summer with my panels I would expect to be 900 in credit before anything changes.

Questions
Is this others experience with Pinergy ?
Can I fix this or just wait out the 3 bills?
Can others see the bill on the App?
 
Just signed up last week for the same reasons so interested in your experience.

To minimise the initial amount taken I selected no ev, no electric heating and 1 person in the household although I'm not sure if that will work as I expect.

I think they might take 2 dd's initially and adjust on the 3rd payment date but I'm not sure
 
Don't the terms and conditions outline how they bill you, in particular in the first few months before your actual average usage can be better estimated?
 
I am sure they did, but I am beyond that now.

Just asking for other experience, not so much the hingsight
 
Update

I got notification that FIT was calculated at €115 which is great
Then got a statement.
About 25 in usage on night rate and standing charges.
Leaving a bill for May at 90 in credit which is great

No mention of the 298 paid on the statement

Will see what this does to the level pay next month
If the weather keeps up and the level pay stays the same I could easily end up 1100 to 1200 in credit.

Luckily I am not stuck for the money, a heads up for anyone else.
 
Update

Pinergy have now dropped the predicted bill to €5 per month

So month 1 and 2 payments of 295 x 2 taken
in credit of 85 from Solar Gen from may
June 140 of solar generation

Funny setup with Pinergy I am now pretty much 800 quid in credit so should be laughing for the rest of the 2 years.
Solar working well
They pay the Solar FIT each month
The way they do billing and info is poor at best

Will see how it goes from now on.

Winter and low light will change the Solar, again see how it goes.
