Pigsback accounts not working

My and a colleagues pigsback accounts aren't working anymore, they were fine this morning. The site is accessible but when I try to log in it either gives no message (from home page) or 'The login details you have supplied are not correct.' from the dedicated login screen.

I just created a dummy acount and the design/layout is completely different, maybe they are in the middle of an upgrade and are migrating databases or something?

Anyone having the same problem?
