Phonewatch covered by comreg?

Just wondering if Phonewatch are governed by comreg? They have claimed that an elderly relative of mine is under contract despite the fact the contract with them finished over two years ago.

Common PhoneWatch tactic. They include terms that unless you explicitly notify them that you're cancelling the contract with sufficient notice before your current term expires, you are automatically signed up for an additional term of 1 year.
